I have one word for you, SftA- yoga. It would help you with tremendously if you took up the practice of it a couple times a week. You don't need to change your current spiritual beliefs to partake as some people think- it is simply aligning your breath with your body as you work through a series of movements and it can work wonders for you. I have so many people in my classes that gush about how their myriad of physical symptoms have lessened since they started taking my class. It is an hour to an hour and a half of your day when you get to tune out of everything else and tune into yourself and your body. If I could only give you one piece of advice that would help the most with all that you have going on in your life- that would be it. Please, please consider it.
I enjoyed reading your list. I think it's great that you know how to butcher an animal (not in a sick way). I think it's a good thing to know and have been wanting to learn for awhile, although I worry that I'll honestly pass out while watching it. They butchered a lamb and some geese on the farm next door a couple weeks ago, but I missed it because of my uncle's funeral.
Do some yoga girl!
